The 40cm boards are the best choice for most adults, and those over 5’4”.  The 40cm will provide more stability. We recommend the 33cm boards for younger, smaller riders under 5’4”.

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement. Customers are responsible for shipping & Handling costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.
If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly issue a call tag*. Otherwise, all returns must be returned pre-paid. We suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post (for tracking purposes). Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective. All returned products must be resell-able. Snowboards must be unused, untuned and resalable. Snowboard bindings must have all parts and must include original undamaged packaging. Any claim for defective Snowboards will be handled on a case by case basis. Remember broken decks and pressure cracks are not defects.
All clothing items must be new, unused, unwashed and in resalable condition with all original tags attached. Items with any odor (cologne/perfume, smoke, deodorant, detergent) or any animal or human hair will not be accepted.

All pairs of Dual boards are warranted against defects in the workmanship or materials for up to 90 days from the original purchase date. We will replace the pairs or offer a full refund after receiving the defective boards.
Our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Tail or nose wear from dragging or tapping your dual boards
 Damage due to impact on curbs or other objects
 Damage from extreme temperature changes, water, or moisture
 Warping as a result of over-exposure to heat, snow, rain, or immersion in water
 Edges chipping or cracks from impact to foreign objects
 Broken boards
